  • Where can I find a Kasha store?

    Kasha is an online shop with no physical storefront. But don’t worry we bring your order directly and conveniently to your gate.

  • Where does Kasha get their products?

    We source our products from the highest quality local and international manufacturers. We use them and stand by them. All our products are guaranteed to be the real thing.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash on delivery or you can mPesa us ahead of time. You can also give gift cards and spread the love. How can I be the first to hear about Kasha’s new products and promotions? Shipping & Returns

  • How fast can I get my Kasha delivery?

    We have several options for delivery. Kasha’s quality products can be on at your gate in Nairobi within an hour, a day or by tomorrow depending on your needs and how much you want to spend.

  • Will I receive a notification when my order ships?

    Someone from our call centre will reach out to you to confirm your order and answer any questions you may have, and you’ll be made aware of the whereabouts of your products from our doors to yours.

  • What do I do if I think my Kasha order is lost?

    If you think that your Kasha products are lost or misplaced please give our customer service centre a call and we’ll make sure we find them and get you your order as soon as possible. If this is happening to you now, we’re so sorry for the inconvenience – the team is working very hard to rectify any hiccups and constantly improve our service.

  • What’s your return policy?

    The nature of Kasha’s high quality products mean that we cannot accept returns under any conditions. No refunds are provided either. That’s how much we trust our products and service.
